How to Heal

You have been through hell. Your experience changed you, and your life, forever. If you are anything like me, you may carry it with you everyday, and you can’t help but feel like it defines you, and limits what you envision for your future. Trauma is cyclical, and it will continue to spread to our families, friends and community if it is not healed. That healing always starts with a story. True stories of trauma can save lives, starting with your own. You have no idea what power you have- not despite your trauma, but because of it.

I have been where you are. After decades of physical and verbal abuse, I felt lost, with no sense of my own worth or inner strength. I didn’t know what was next for me- or if I was even here for a reason. I did not believe I could be truly loved or that I could make a positive difference in this world. I did not feel that I deserved to be happy… I believed the lies my abusers told me through their words and actions. I now know, they were dead wrong.

Today, I am happy, I am free and I have that purpose. I am a wife, mother to three radiant children, rescue mama to saved animals, published author, birth advocate and I truly know how I am, and what I am worth. I still wake up some days and think- “how did I get here? How did all of that pain turn into this truly precious and beautiful life?” I had done the hard work of healing generational and cyclical trauma, and I had changed the course of my life, and my children’s lives forever. I finally know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that I am here to do something wonderful for the world and for trauma survivors everywhere.


My method of healing is simple and inuitive. Anyone can achieve it, but first they must feel supported, accepted and truly heard. I have spent years in this community connecting with the needs of the survivors here, and I have developed a program based on the simple things that unlock our potential and resilience. Anxiety, mood imbalance, depression and chronic pain are strongly influenced by and connected to trauma, and I want to find the right resources to help you find relief. We are powerful people, connected to nature, and it all starts there.
